Roose Advisory Group, LLC provides commercial management consulting, operational diagnostic assessments, fractional leadership, executive alignment, and business coaching.

No Formal Engagement: Viewing this Site, submitting a contact form, or scheduling a discovery call does not create a formal consulting client relationship. Formal engagements require an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. NON-CLINICAL FIREWALL & DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

Roose Advisory Group, LLC is strictly a commercial management consultancy.

No Clinical or Therapeutic Services: While our Principal Consultant holds professional clinical credentials in the State of Texas, we do NOT provide therapy, mental health counseling, psychiatric evaluations, or clinical healthcare services under this firm.
No Doctor/Therapist-Patient Privilege: Communications with Roose Advisory Group, LLC are business communications and are not protected by counselor-client privilege, medical privacy regulations, or HIPAA.
Emergency Notice: If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, personal medical emergency, or suicidal ideation, call 911 or contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately. Do not submit clinical or personal crisis information through this Site.
